Climate Control Business definition

Climate Control Business means the Company’s climate control business segment, which includes the businesses of The Climate Control Group Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, and its related subsidiaries.
Climate Control Business means the business consisting of the manufacture and sale of hydronic fan coils and water source heat pumps as well as other products used in commercial and residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems conducted by ACP, CMI, IEC, Koax, ClimateCraft, EGI and ClimaCool.

Climate Control Business means the Company’s climate control business segment. “Code” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
