Clinical Database definition

Clinical Database has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b).
Clinical Database means the entire clinical content of the Software known as Odyssey and all relevant modules but excluding any customer database. This includes all questions, question rationales, differential diagnoses, prompts, weightings, suggested answers, colour changes, methodologies, suggested actions, suggested examinations and clinical management advice.
Clinical Database means the database maintained or utilized by ABX comprising data, information and documents (whether in written, electronic or other form) generated by either conducting or analyzing clinical studies (including investigator initiated studies) in respect of the Compound or Product, including raw data, study data, study reports, filings, notices, books, records and the like.
