Close Family Relative definition

Close Family Relative means a spouse, parent, partner, sibling, child, stepchild, grandparent, grandchild and parent-in-law and includes a de facto spouse and their parents and children.

Examples of Close Family Relative in a sentence

  • Four (4) days paid leave at any time during the period of employment pro-rated upon the death of a Close Family Relative in Australia or the illness or death overseas of a spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, partner, sibling or child provided that the Practitioner must not take compassionate leave whilst on other leave and must provide proof of illness or death or relationship when requested by Western Health.

  • Two (2) days paid leave at any time during the period of employment pro- rated upon the death of a Close Family Relative in Australia or the illness or death overseas of a spouse (including de facto spouse of the opposite or same sex), parent, partner, sibling or child provided that the Practitioner must not take compassionate leave whilst on other leave and must provide proof of illness or death or relationship when requested by the Hospital.

  • Two (2) days paid leave at any time during the period of employment pro-rated upon the death or serious illness of a Close Family Relative in Australia or the death overseas of a spouse (including de facto spouse of the opposite or same sex), parent, partner, sibling or child provided that the Practitioner must not take compassionate leave whilst on other leave and must provide proof of illness or death or relationship when requested by Western Health.

  • Two (2) days paid leave at any time during the period of employment prorated upon the death or serious illness of a Close Family Relative in Australia or the death overseas of a spouse (including de facto spouse of the opposite or same sex), parent, partner, sibling or child provided that the Practitioner must not take compassionate leave whilst on other leave and must provide proof of illness or death or relationship when requested by the Health Service.
