Closed Beta definition

Closed Beta means the secured and non-public testing of the Beta version of the Localized Game by a group of end users selected by Licensee in consultation with RGI, and subject to a “clickthrough” Beta End User License Agreement to be provided by RGI (“Beta License Agreement”) prior to Open Beta. “Open Beta” means a secure testing by public applicants to the beta testing program, subject to the Beta End User License Agreement and subject to RGI’s Approval, of a follow up and new Beta version of the Localized Game prior to Commercial Release.
Closed Beta means Milestone 18- the Closed Beta Version of the Game is available for download by a select limited group of end users of the Platform, but with internal monetization features of the Game not yet activated such that end users are not yet able to purchase virtual items inside the Game.

Examples of Closed Beta in a sentence

  • All personal information collected through the Closed Beta Testing Registration by Idea Factory International, Inc.

  • Registration for each Closed Beta Testing will continue until all beta keys have been claimed or distributed.

  • By participating in Closed Beta Testing, participants agree: (a) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (b) to release and hold harmless Idea Factory International, Inc.

  • The Closed Beta Test is opened at the rate of one (1) participation per person during the Duration (as defined herein).

  • Any participant refusing the change(s) will have to stop participating in the Closed Beta Test The Organizer reserves the right to sue anyone who will have defrauded or attempted to do so.

  • For the purpose of Closed Beta Test, JCE shall make such delivery within fourteen (14) days as of the Effective Date.

  • This Closed Beta Test is not managed or sponsored by Facebook, Instagram nor Twitter.

  • Licensee shall commence the Open Beta Test not later than ninety (90) days from the date of launch of the Closed Beta Test.

Related to Closed Beta

  • Closed portion means that portion of a facility which an owner or operator has closed in accordance with the approved facility closure plan and all applicable closure requirements. (See also “active portion” and “inactive portion”.)

  • Closed Session means a meeting or part of a meeting of a public body that is closed to the public.

  • Closed-end Fund means a registered investment company that raises capital only once, by issuing a fixed number of shares. The shares of the closed-end fund are typically traded on an exchange and their prices fluctuate throughout the trading day, based on supply, demand, and the changing values of their underlying holdings. Closed-end funds are also known as Listed Investment Companies in Australia, and Investment Trusts in the U.K. Closed-end funds do not include funds typically known as “Exchange-Traded Funds” (“ETFs”) organized as open-end investment companies or unit investment trusts.

  • Closed Position means the opposite of an Open Position.

  • Closed-End Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Closed season means all times, manners of taking, and places

  • Closed Period means (i) ten quotation days preceding and three quotation days following the disclosure to the public of the consolidated financial statements or annual statement of the Company; or (ii) the period as from the date the corporate management possesses material information which could, if disclosed to the public, significantly impact the quotation of the Shares of the Company, until ten quotation days after the day such information is disclosed to the public.

  • Estimated Closing Date Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) hereof.

  • Post-Closing Tax Period means any Tax period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Closing Date.

  • Closed Meeting means a meeting from which the public is excluded.

  • Final Closing Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e).

  • Closing Date Balance Sheet has the meaning specified in Section 2.7.

  • Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;

  • Final closure means the closure of all hazardous waste management units at the facility in accordance with all applicable closure requirements so that hazardous waste management activities pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724 and 725 are no longer conducted at the facility unless subject to the provisions of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.134.

  • Final Closing Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.2(a) hereof.

  • Final Closing Cash shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(g).

  • Closed-end credit means a credit transaction that does not meet the definition of open-end credit.

  • Post-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of a Straddle Period beginning the day after the Closing Date.

  • Estimated Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Target Closing Date means three (3) Business Days following receipt of the Approval and Vesting Order, or such other date as the Parties may agree.

  • Final Closing means the last closing under the Private Placement;

  • Preliminary Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) below.

  • Census date means the official date for reporting enrollment data and shall be the date immediately following the twelve percent (12%) completion date of the instructional period.

  • Post-closure plan means a plan indicating the actions to be taken for the care, maintenance, and monitoring of the Development after closure, that will prevent, mitigate, or minimize the threat to public health and the environment;

  • Estimated Closing Date Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a)(i).

  • Anticipated Closing Date means the anticipated closing date of any proposed Qualified Sale Transaction, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors on the Applicable Date.
