All personal information collected through the Closed Beta Testing Registration by Idea Factory International, Inc.
If for any reason the Closed Beta game is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Closed Beta Testing, Idea Factory International Inc.
Registration for each Closed Beta Testing will continue until all beta keys have been claimed or distributed.
By participating in Closed Beta Testing, participants agree: (a) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (b) to release and hold harmless Idea Factory International, Inc.
Where one or more of the conditions of a Coastal Permit have not been, or are not being, complied with, or when a Coastal Permit was granted on the basis of false material information, the Zoning Administrator (for a CAP) or the Planning Commission (for a CDP) may revoke or modify the Coastal Permit following public hearing.
During the Closed Beta Testing, participants may receive emails from Idea Factory International, Inc.
During the current Closed Beta Testing state of the game, credits are used to repair your aircraft you own, and to purchase modules and new aircraft.
Survey submission will be open until the end of the Closed Beta Testing Period.If Beta Testers should at any point during the Closed Beta Testing Period find or experience an issue within the game, Pit People, Beta Tester can report the issue in our support ticket system (support.thebehemoth.com).
Closed Beta Testing is open to everyone who is 18 years of age or older, have internet access, have a working PC (Windows 8 or higher) with internet, and who are registered on Steam.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Closed Beta Registration Period and Closed Beta Testing Period without prior notification.
