Closed Beta Testing definition

Closed Beta Testing in ”this contract” is a free-of-charge “service” conducted with a limited number of individual users to test “this game” and the “open beta service” refers to the free-of-charge service opened to an unlimited number of users for the purpose of testing this game.

  • All personal information collected through the Closed Beta Testing Registration by Idea Factory International, Inc.

  • Closed Beta Testing is open to everyone who is 18 years of age or older, have internet access, have a working PC (Windows 8 or higher) with internet, and who are registered on Steam.

  • During the Closed Beta Testing, participants may receive emails from Idea Factory International, Inc.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to make changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions and/or extend the dates of this Closed Beta Registration Period or Closed Beta Testing Period for any reason at any time.

  • Dream Square shall also conduct Alpha Test and Beta Tests that mean both Closed Beta Testing and Open Beta Testingin preparation for the Initial Launch.

  • For a youth being placed in another state for EFC, the receiving state must also have an EFC program or similar program in that state.

Related to Closed Beta Testing

  • Closed Session means a meeting or part of a meeting of a public body that is closed to the public.

  • Start-Up Testing means the completion of applicable required factory and start-up tests as set forth in Exhibit C.

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.03(e).

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Closed season means all times, manners of taking, and places

  • Testing Date means each day which is: (i) the last day of the relevant Issuer's and the Guarantor's financial year in any year; or (ii) the last day of each of the first three quarters of the relevant Issuer's and the Guarantor's financial year in any year.

  • Health professional shortage area means that term as defined in section 332(a)(1) of subpart II of part C of title III of the public health service act, chapter 373, 90 Stat. 2270, 42 U.S.C. 254e.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. Query and transform commands, with the exception of “create”, shall be about existing objects in the Registry System. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. The possible results to an EPP test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “EPP command RTT” or undefined/unanswered.

  • Open session means a meeting which is held in a place reasonably accessible to members of the public and open to all cit- izens at all times. In the case of a state governmental body, it means a meeting which is held in a building and room thereof which enables access by persons with functional limitations, as defined in s. 101.13 (1).

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Final closure means the closure of all hazardous waste management units at the facility in accordance with all applicable closure requirements so that hazardous waste management activities pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724 and 725 are no longer conducted at the facility unless subject to the provisions of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.134.

  • Closed portion means that portion of a facility which an owner or operator has closed in accordance with the approved facility closure plan and all applicable closure requirements. (See also “active portion” and “inactive portion”.)
