Closed Catered Events means events catered by the Campus Dining Services that are by invitation only.

Related to Closed Catered Events

  • Listed Events means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.

  • Excluded Events has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d)(ii).

  • Disclosed Matters means the actions, suits and proceedings and the environmental matters disclosed in Schedule 3.06.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Closed-End Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
