Closed Conversation definition
Closed Conversation means the Client (or anyone acting on behalf of the Client) has indicated, using the Services, that a Conversation is completed or otherwise resolved.
Examples of Closed Conversation in a sentence
A Conversation is engaged whenever there is: (i) a first Interaction to a new Conversation; (ii) a further Interaction to a Paused Conversation; or; (iii) the re-opening of a Closed Conversation by the Client.
