Closed title means an executed certificate of title indicating the recreational vehicle dealer as the current owner or transferee;

  • Permitted Title Exceptions means those exceptions to title to the Real Property that are satisfactory or deemed satisfactory to Purchaser as determined pursuant to Section 2.4(e) hereof.

  • Closed-End Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Closed-End Fund means any fund with a fixed number of shares and which does not issue and redeem shares on a continuous basis. While Closed-End Funds are often listed and trade on stock exchanges, they are not “Exchange traded funds” as defined below in the Covered Securities definition.

  • Closed portion means that portion of a facility which an owner or operator has closed in accordance with the approved facility closure plan and all applicable closure requirements. (See also “active portion” and “inactive portion”.)

  • Existing Title Policy means, the existing title insurance policy for the Property.
