Closeout Accounts definition
Closeout Accounts means the customers to which closeout Licensed Products are sold. Closeout Accounts shall be those accounts that sell brands similar in nature to DVS, including, but not limited to, DC, Vans, and Nike. TJX, Ross, Burlington Coat Factory, Century 21, and Shonac are approved Closeout Accounts.
Closeout Accounts means the Approved Customers to which closeout Licensed Products may be sold as set forth on Exhibit 4 and such other customers for closeout Licensed Products as may be approved by Licensor hereunder. Closeout Accounts may not advertise Licensed Products.
