Closing Cash Deficiency definition

Closing Cash Deficiency has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(i).
Closing Cash Deficiency means the amount of Closing Cash less than zero dollars ($0). “Closing Cash Surplus” means the amount of Closing Cash in excess of zero dollars ($0). “Closing Date” is defined in the preamble of this Agreement.
Closing Cash Deficiency means the amount, if any, by which (i) the Target Final Closing Cash Amount exceeds (ii) the Final Closing Cash Amount.
