Closing Deliveries definition

Closing Deliveries has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.

Closing Deliveries means the documents and instruments described in Sections 4.2 and 4.3.

Examples of Closing Deliveries in a sentence

• All of the Seller Closing Deliveries shall have been delivered to Purchaser or deposited with Escrow Agent in the Closing Escrow to be delivered to Purchaser at Closing.

• All of the Purchaser Closing Deliveries shall have been delivered to Seller or deposited with Escrow Agent in the Closing Escrow to be delivered to Seller at Closing.

Closing Deliveries means the deliveries specified by paragraph 2.7 of this Agreement.
