Purchaser Deliverables has the meaning specified in Section 4.3.
Purchaser Deliverables means any and all deliverables, including without limitation, software, confidential information, or any other component, provided by Purchaser to Company or its designated subcontractors for the performance under these Terms and Conditions and identified in the Specifications.
