Closing Index definition

Closing Index means the standard Index of Closing Documents that the LHC has approved in advance of Closing.
Closing Index means the Index ruling on the Business Day prior to Shipment and is specified on the invoice and upon request from IBM.
Closing Index means the Index specified on the Customs ▇▇▇▇ of Entry.
