Closing Memo definition

Closing Memo means the Closing Memo dated August [ ], 2016 and attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
Closing Memo means the Closing Memorandum relating to the 2020 Senior Loan dated November 24, 2020 and attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Closing Memo

Closing Memo will mean, for each Non-Revolving Loan, the Closing Memorandum between Borrower and Lender in connection with the transactions represented by such Loan, which will be substantially in the form delivered by Borrower to Lender at the Line of Credit Closing.
