Closing Stock definition

Closing Stock means, the aggregate amount of Closing Common Stock and the Buyer Preferred Stock, each as issued to Renovare at the Closing.
Closing Stock has such meaning as set forth in Section 2.11(b).
Closing Stock has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.2(a)(ii).

  • The exercise price of options granted pursuant to this subsection will be the fair market value of the CIBER Closing Stock at the Effective Time.
