Closing Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.

Examples of Closing Stock in a sentence

• The exercise price of options granted pursuant to this subsection will be the fair market value of the CIBER Closing Stock at the Effective Time.

Closing Stock has such meaning as set forth in Section 2.11(b).

Closing Stock means, the aggregate amount of Closing Common Stock and the Buyer Preferred Stock, each as issued to Renovare at the Closing.
