Closing Surviving Obligations definition

Closing Surviving Obligations means the covenants, rights, liabilities and obligations set forth in Sections 4.8, 4.10, 5.2(d), 5.3, 5.5, 5.6, 8.1 (subject to Section 16.1), 8.2, 10.4 (subject to the limitations therein), 10.6, 10.7, 10.9, 11.1, 13.3, 15.1, 16.1, 17.2, 17.14, 17.15 and 17.16.

Examples of Closing Surviving Obligations in a sentence

  • The Closing Surviving Obligations and the Termination Surviving Obligations will survive the Closing or termination of this Agreement, as applicable, without limitation unless another period is otherwise specified in this Agreement.

  • Except for claims arising under Closing Surviving Obligations and as otherwise set forth herein, BKP expressly waives its rights to seek damages in the event of Contributor’s default hereunder.
