Closing Trade Value means the rate, level, amount, measure, or other value of a Binary, Call Spread, or Touch Bracket at which the Contract is closed in a Member’s or Customer’s account.

Related to Closing Trade Value

  • Pre-Closing Tax Period means any Tax period ending on or before the Closing Date.

  • Post-Closing Tax Period means any taxable period that begins after the Closing Date and, in the case of a Straddle Period, the portion of the Straddle Period beginning after the Closing Date.

  • RI Closing Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, the Settlement Level (as defined in the Equity Linked Conditions) on such ST Valuation Date.
