Closing Working Capital Adjustment definition

Closing Working Capital Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.2;
Closing Working Capital Adjustment means (i) the Closing Working Capital, minus (ii) the Closing Working Capital Target (which amount may be a positive or negative number).
Closing Working Capital Adjustment means (i) Closing Working Capital minus (ii) $58,500,000 (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be a negative number if Closing Working Capital is less than $58,500,000); provided that if the absolute value of the Closing Working Capital Adjustment is between negative $1,000,000 and positive $1,000,000, the Closing Working Capital Adjustment shall be deemed equal to zero.

Closing Working Capital Adjustment means the amount, as finally determined in accordance with Section 2.6 (which may be expressed as a negative number), equal to the Closing Working Capital, less the Target Closing Working Capital.
