Closing Working Capital Amount definition

Closing Working Capital Amount means an amount equal to (i) the Company’s Current Assets as of the Closing Date, minus (ii) the Company’s Current Liabilities as of the Closing Date.

Closing Working Capital Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(a).

Closing Working Capital Amount means the amount of the Working Capital as of the Closing.
