Cloud Deployment means a software for deploying the Virtual SD-WAN Device into the Virtual Environment as part of the Fortinet Service.

• HPE is committed that its solutions will continue to support the Cloud characteristics and the IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Service and the Private, Hybrid and Public Cloud Deployment Models defined in the NIST Special Publication 800-145.

• Customer and its Users shall have access to the Services, subject to the provisions hereof, pursuant to a Cloud Deployment in accordance with the license grant set forth above.
