Cloud Features definition

Cloud Features means the suite of hosted services operated and maintained by ExtraHop for additional functionality and analysis, including the Machine Learning Service, Automatic Updates, and other services as may be offered by ExtraHop as specified in an Order.
Cloud Features means the suite of hosted services operated and maintained by MistNet for additional functionality and analysis, including the Machine Learning Service, Automatic Updates, and other services as may be offered by MistNet as specified in an Order. “Machine Learning Service” is a service that performs machine learning to automatically detect Anomalies and sends any detected Anomalies through to the Customer’s Product. MistNet – Master Customer Agreement version 1 Exhibit E MistNet SaaS The terms of this Exhibit E govern in addition to the terms of the Agreement if Customer receives MistNet SaaS.
Cloud Features means the auto-download and re-access features described in Paragraph 2 below and the Cloud Service.

Related to Cloud Features

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.
