Examples of Cloud Partner Terms in a sentence

  • In the event Customer purchases a Partner Solution, then in relation to that Partner Solution, the Cloud Partner Terms will also apply and to the extent of any conflict with this Agreement, the Cloud Partner Terms will prevail over the terms of this Agreement solely in respect of that Partner Solution.

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that during the deployment and use of the Cloud Services, Licensee’s Cloud Partner may identify the installation of the Cloud Services and have access to certain data related thereto, as may be further detailed in the Cloud Partner Terms and the Cloud Partner’s privacy policy.

  • Initial Limited Partners means the Organizational Limited Partner (with respect to the Common Units and Subordinated Units received by it as described in Section 5.1), the General Partner (with respect to the Incentive Distribution Rights received by it as described in Section 5.1) and the Underwriters, in each case upon being admitted to the Partnership in accordance with Section 10.1.

  • Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause
