Examples of CME Indexes in a sentence

  • With effect from 1 July 2014, Bloomberg took over responsibility from CME Indexes for the governance, calculation, distribution and licensing of the specific Individual Commodity Indices known as the Bloomberg Commodity Index Family (prior to 1 July 2014, these Indices were known as the Dow-Jones UBS Commodity IndicesSM), by reference to which all Commodity Securities will be priced.

  • Market Disruption DaysIf a Market Disruption Event occurs in the Relevant Market for an Individual Commodity Index on a General Trading Day which is a Trading Day for such Commodity Index, that Individual Commodity Index may or may not be calculated and published by CME Indexes on such day.

  • The pricing of all Commodity Securities will be based on Individual Commodity Indices published by CME Indexes and calculated in accordance with the Dow Jones — UBS Commodity IndexSM Handbook (the “DJ-UBS CISM Handbook”).

  • If a Market Disruption Event occurs in the Relevant Market for one or more futures contracts by reference to which a Composite Commodity Index is calculated on a General Trading Day which is a Trading Day for such Commodity Index, that Composite Commodity Index may or may not be calculated and published by CME Indexes on that day.

  • Irrespective of whether an Individual Commodity Index is so published by CME Indexes, that day will not be a Pricing Day for the relevant class of Short and Leveraged Individual Security.

  • The same input components used for DJ-UBS Commodity Indices are also used by UBS Securities and CME Indexes to construct indices representing smaller groups of commodities and the Individual Commodity Indices.

  • Dow Jones, its affiliates and CME Indexes make no representation or warranty, express or implied, to the owners of the Dow Jones Palo Verde Electricity Price Index 5 MW Off-Peak Swap Futures or any member of the public regarding the advisability of investing in securities generally or trading in the Dow Jones Palo Verde Electricity Price Index 5 MW Off-Peak Swap Futures particularly.

  • Dow Jones, its affiliates and CME Indexes make no representation or warranty, express or implied, to the owners of the Dow Jones Palo Verde Electricity Price Index 5 MW Peak Swap Futures or any member of the public regarding the advisability of investing in securities generally or trading in the Dow Jones Palo Verde Electricity Price Index 5 MW Peak Swap Futures particularly.

  • The only relationship of Dow Jones and its affiliates to NYMEX is the licensing of certain trademarks, trade names and service marks of Dow JonesSM, which is determined, composed and calculated by CME Indexes without regard to NYMEX or the Dow Jones Palo Verde Electricity Price Index 5 MW Off-Peak Swap Futures.

  • Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, CME Indexes or its licensor reserves all rights to the Licensed Indexes and the CME Indexes Marks, and this Agreement shall not be construed to transfer to the Licensee any ownership right to, or equity interest in, the Licensed Indexes or the CME Indexes Marks, or in any Intellectual Property or other proprietary rights pertaining thereto.

  • Retail Price Index means the general index of retail prices published by the Office for National Statistics each month in respect of all items or:

  • SIFMA Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, produced by Municipal Market Data, or if such index is not published, then such other index selected by the Treasurer which reflects the yield of tax-exempt seven-day variable rate demand bonds.

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the day which is five U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date).

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Hazard Index means the sum of two or more hazard quotients for multiple hazardous substances and/or multiple exposure pathways.
