CMS CPI Rebate definition

Examples of CMS CPI Rebate in a sentence

  • Pursuant to its separate CMS Medicaid Drug Rebate Agreement and CMS CPI Agreement, Manufacturer will calculate and provide CMS rebates to OHA for the Covered Product(s), which includes the CMS Basic Rebate and the CMS CPI Rebate, as appropriate.

  • In addition to the CMS Basic Rebate and the CMS CPI Rebate, Manufacturer agrees to pay a Supplemental Rebate to DMAP for each of its Covered Product(s) dispensed to Medicaid Recipients by Pharmacies, or physicians (J- codes), for each calendar Quarter that Covered Product(s) are included in the PMPDP Plan Drug List based on the invoice submitted by DMAP or its contractor pursuant to paragraph 3.E.   • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • HSP means HUB subcontracting plan, as described in Chapter 2161 of the Texas Government Code.

  • Rebate shall have the same meaning as ascribed thereto in Article 10.3.4 of this Agreement;

  • HMO a health maintenance organization doing business as such (or required to qualify or to be licensed as such) under HMO Regulations.

  • COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.

  • Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.

  • PPC means prior period coverage. PPC is the period of time, prior to the member’s enrollment, during which a member is eligible for covered services. The time-frame is the first day of the month of application or the first eligible month, whichever is later, until the day a member is enrolled with a contractor.
