CMS CPI Rebate means, with respect to the covered product(s), the quarterly payment by manufacturer pursuant to manufacturer's CMS Agreement, made in accordance with Section 1927(c)(2) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Sec. 1396r-8(c)(2)).
