CMSA Servicer Realized Loss Template means a report (prepared by the Master Servicer, in the case of a Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan, and by the Special Servicer, in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan) substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Servicer Realized Loss Template" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CMSA Servicer Realized Loss Template means a report (prepared by the Master Servicer/Special Servicer) substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Servicer Realized Loss Template" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

The Special Servicer, for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, shall provide to the Master Servicer and the Paying Agent no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day after the Determination Date for each month, the CMSA Special Servicer Loan File and a CMSA Servicer Realized Loss Template in such electronic format as is mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer and in CMSA format.
