CNC/CNT General Creditors definition
CNC/CNT General Creditors means Equipment Lessors or Creditors of CNC or CNT who hold no security interest in the property of CNC or CNT and includes Secured Creditors of CNC or CNT for such part of the Claim of such Secured Creditors for which there is no security as against the personal property of CNC or CNT.
