Co-Member definition

Co-Member any person who is registered as an additional driver to the Contract for a Member, under a Family Membership;
Co-Member means a Member who is a member of the Company, other than Parent and its Transferees and Parent’s Affiliates (other than IncentiveCo) to whom Parent assigns any of its rights hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, each of TopCo, MidCo and IncentiveCo shall be treated as a CO Member.

Examples of Co-Member in a sentence

  • Under this Contract, the Co-Member undertakes exactly the same commitments as the Member.

  • M/s [……………………………], being the Co-Member of the Consortium, comprising of consortium members; (i) […….]; and (ii) [……]; being a {<<mention nature of entity>>, registered/ incorporated under the [●](hereinafter referred to as the “Confirming Party No.2” which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, include its successors and permitted assigns and substitutes) of the FIFTH PART.

  • Each party and ISI Co-Member shall appoint a member to each sub-committee of the Executive Committee.

  • The parties intend to equitably distribute Executive Committee meetings geographically so as not to burden ISI Member, Oracle, or any ISI Co-Member unduly with travel-related expenses.

  • Reason for access: Integration of ISI Member Programs with Oracle Programs and ISI Co-Member Programs for development of Oracle Solution Suite(s) as such terms are defined in the Master Agreement.

  • The Executive Committee shall be composed of an Oracle Vice President, ISI Member President (or his/her designee), and the chief executive officer (or his/her designee) of each ISI Co-Member.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Oracle shall not disclose any of ISI Member's Confidential Information to any ISI Co-Member for any reason without ISI Member's prior written consent.

  • I) In the event of death of Member and Co-Member, the Membership may be transferred to a designated single named beneficiary.
