CoalCo definition
CoalCo has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
CoalCo means, collectively, Citizens Power LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Delaware, Gold Fields Mining Corporation, a Delaware corporation, Peabody Holding Company Inc, a New York corporation, Darex Capital Inc, a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama and Peabody Australia Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales;
CoalCo shall have the meaning set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement, and references herein to CoalCo shall include any entity treated as a successor to CoalCo.
