Cobalt Rounds definition
Cobalt Rounds means the finished cobalt rounds that are, as of the Execution Date, the primary form of finished cobalt produced at Long Harbour, whether or not such cobalt rounds are Alloy Grade Cobalt, Standard Grade Cobalt or Off-Spec Material, or, if applicable, such other form of finished cobalt that may replace finished cobalt rounds as the primary form of finished cobalt produced at Long Harbour. For greater certainty, the cobalt fines and coarse material that are, as of the Execution Date, produced at Long Harbour alongside finished cobalt rounds shall not be considered “Cobalt Rounds” for purposes of this Agreement.
