The Phase I, shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate for the Phase I or Deemed Completion Certificate for the Phase I, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of Phase I, shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate for the Phase I or the Deemed Completion Certificate for the Phase I, as the case may be, is issued (the "COD" or "Commercial Operation Date").
The Project/ Phase shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or Provisional Certificate7, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the date of commercial operation of the Project/ Phase shall be the date on which the Project/ Phase I/ Phase II Completion Certificate or Provisional Completion Certificate is issued (the "COD or Commercial Operation Date").
