CODES AND REGULATIONS. The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.
CODES AND REGULATIONS a. The Contractor shall be knowledgeable regarding and shall comply with applicable portions of California Code of Regulations Title 24, the applicable Building Code, and all other codes, ordinances, regulations or orders of properly constituted authority having jurisdiction over the work of this Project. The Contractor shall examine the Contract Documents for compliance with these codes and regulations and shall promptly notify the Project Manager of any discrepancies.
b. All work and materials shall be in full accordance with the latest rules and regulations of the Safety Orders of the Division of Industrial Safety and the applicable State laws and/or regulations. Nothing in the Project plans or Specifications is to be construed to permit work not conforming to the applicable Codes. Buildings and/or all other construction covered by this Contract shall meet all the regulations for access by the physically handicapped as administered by the Division of the State Architect and as may be required by federal or state law.
c. If the work under this Contract is for the construction of a school building as defined by the Education Code, then the following provisions shall apply to the Contract:
1) All work shall be executed in accordance with the current requirements of the Education Code and California Code of Regulations: Title 24 and Title 19. No deviations from the DSA approved plans and Specifications will be permitted except upon a Change Order or Addenda, signed by the District and Project Manager and approved by the Division of the State Architect and the State Fire Marshal, if applicable.
2) The Division of the State Architect shall be notified 48 hours in advance of the first pour of concrete.
CODES AND REGULATIONS. All work completed under this Agreement shall conform to all applicable federal, state and local statutes, codes, regulations and ordinances.

c. The issue or revisions of these documents in effect on the date of the Purchase Order shall apply.
d. In the event of a conflict between any portion of this Specification and the referenced specifications, data sheets, Manufacturer’s product information, and drawings, such conflicts shall immediately be brought to the OWNER’s attention and the OWNER shall determine which document prevails.

CODES AND REGULATIONS. The awarded vendor shall strictly comply with all federal, state and local building and safety codes.
CODES AND REGULATIONS. C.3.2.1 U.S. Government codes and regulations, the applicable laws, codes, and standards of foreign countries, and industry standards apply and are incorporated herein by reference and made part of the contract.
C.3.2.2 Contractor shall adhere to work practices and procedures set forth in applicable codes, regulations, and standards, including obtaining permits, licenses, inspections, releases and similar documentation, as well as payments, statements and similar requirements associated with codes, regulations, and standards.
C.3.2.3 Except to the extent that more explicit or more stringent requirements are written directly into the contract, all applicable U.S. EPA and U.S. OSHA codes, regulations, and standards have the same force and effect (and are made a part of the contract by reference) as if copied directly into the contract, or as if published copies are bound herewith.
C.3.2.4 The Contractor shall assume full responsibility and liability for compliance with all applicable U.S. EPA and U.S. OSHA regulations and shall hold the U.S. Government and its representatives harmless for failure to comply with any applicable work, hauling, disposal, safety, health or other regulations on the part of the Contractor, their employees, or subcontractors.
CODES AND REGULATIONS. A. Adoption and promulgation of the Code is the responsibility of DHCD;
B. Enforcement of the Code is the responsibility of the local building department; and
C. Adoption, promulgation, administration and enforcement of the SCAT Regulations and the WR&R Regulation is the responsibility of DEQ.
CODES AND REGULATIONS. A. The installation shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the State of California and the U.S. Government.
B. Where codes and regulations conflict with the specifications the more stringent shall apply and such conflict shall be brought to the immediate attention of the Owner's Representative. The Contractor shall furnish any extra work or materials required to comply with the codes and regulations whether such work or materials are shown or specified.
