CODES AND REGULATIONS. A. The installation shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the State of California and the U.S. Government. B. Where codes and regulations conflict with the specifications the more stringent shall apply and such conflict shall be brought to the immediate attention of the Owner's Representative. The Contractor shall furnish any extra work or materials required to comply with the codes and regulations whether such work or materials are shown or specified.
