COFACE Insurance Premia definition

COFACE Insurance Premia means the premia due to COFACE payable by the Borrower to the COFACE Agent (for the account of COFACE) on each Facility in accordance with Clause 12 (COFACE Insurance Premia).
COFACE Insurance Premia means the premia due to COFACE payable by the Borrower to the COFACE Agent (for the account of COFACE) on each Facility in accordance with Clause 12.1(b) (COFACE Insurance Premia and COFACE Additional Insurance Premium).

If required by Lender, the release of any such portion of the Casualty Retainage shall be approved by the surety company, if any, which has issued a payment or performance bond with respect to the contractor, subcontractor or materialman.
