Cogeneration Project definition

Cogeneration Project means the cogeneration project described in more detail in "The Pulp and Paper Business of the Partnership— Energy —Cogeneration Agreement";
Cogeneration Project means a project which results in the sequential generation of two or more forms of energy from a common fuel or energy source.
Cogeneration Project has the meaning set forth in Whereas (iv) above.
