Collaboration Portal definition

Collaboration Portal means the secure collaborative program website to communicate, store, share and/or distribute documentation related to the Project (including during the period prior to the date of this PPA). Commercial Closing Date means the date on which all of the Closing Conditions Precedent are satisfied or otherwise waived in accordance with this PPA. Commercial Sales has the meaning set out in clause (B) of the Background to this PPA. Commonwealth has the meaning set out in clause (A) of the Background to this PPA.
