Collaboration Products definition

Collaboration Products means the Adolor Products and the GI ---------------------- Products.

Collaboration Products means the gene therapy products within the Field which are being developed by Introgen and RPRP from time to time pursuant to the Early Stage Development Program, as specified in the Program Plan and Budget in effect at the time, and as further defined in Section 6.1 below. 7 1.4 "Development Committee" shall have the meaning set forth in Article 3 herein.

Collaboration Products means any Cell Therapy Product that is developed or manufactured using a Contributed Product or any Derivative and with respect to which Amgen exercised its Option.

Examples of Collaboration Products in a sentence

• During the term of the Development Program, the Program Management Team shall coordinate, expedite and control the development of Collaboration Products to obtain Regulatory Approvals.

• The Responsible Party shall further use its best efforts to provide all assistance required by the Assuming Party with respect to such transfer so as to permit the Assuming Party to begin to perform such duties as soon as possible to minimize any disruption in the continuity of supply or marketing of Collaboration Products.

• Such product liability insurance or self-insured arrangements shall insure against all liability, including without limitation personal injury, physical injury, or property damage arising out of the manufacture, sale, distribution, or marketing of the Collaboration Products.

• The development of the process for the manufacture of Collaboration Products as well as the scale up of such process and all material issues incident to the development of the ability to produce Collaboration Products for commercial purposes in sufficient quantity and in a timely manner will be within the purview of the Program Management Team.

• If at any time legal restrictions prevent the prompt remittance of part or all payments with respect to any country in which Collaboration Products are sold, payment shall be made through such lawful means or methods as the Parties may determine in good faith.

More Definitions of Collaboration Products

Collaboration Products means a Research Candidate that as of the [***] (a) is identified by the Parties under a Research Candidate Plan and (b) SGEN elects for further preclinical and clinical development, and for which SGEN pays the [***]. A bispecific Antibody-Anticalin Protein fusion molecule that comprises a portion, fragment, variant, modification or derivative of the Antibody or Anticalin Protein of a Research Candidate that otherwise meets the requirements of the foregoing sentence shall be deemed a Collaboration Product, so long as such portion, fragment, variant, modification or derivative continues to confer binding specificity for the relevant target within the applicable SGEN Antibody Target and PIRS Anticalin Target combination. A Collaboration Product will either be an Exclusive Product or a CoDev Product.

Collaboration Products means a Lead Series, Early Lead Series or Structure Data if any of them are sold or licensed as such and any products that are derived from any or all of a Lead Series, Early Lead Series or the Structure Data. Collaboration Products shall not include SGX Background Intellectual Property except to the extent it is integrated into a Lead Series, Early Lead Series or the Structure Data.

Collaboration Products means the Initial Collaboration Products and the Additional Collaboration Products.

Collaboration Products means, individually and collectively, any product for which the Parties establish and sign a Development Plan pursuant to Section 3.1 for development hereunder, which may include but not limited to: (a) Interferon beta-1b as a biosimilar product to the innovator product Betaseron®/Betaferon® from Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals; (b) PEGylated Interferon beta-1b; (c) PEGylated Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor (PEG-GCSF) as a biosimilar product to the innovator product Neulasta® from Amgen Inc.; (d) PEGylated L-Asparaginase as a biosimilar product to Oncaspar® from Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals Inc.; and (e) Human Growth Hormone (HGH) as a biosimilar product to Genotropin® from Pfizer Inc.

Collaboration Products has the meaning set forth in the Amended and Restated Collaboration Agreement.

Collaboration Products means all CRF 1 Antagonist Compounds and CRF 2 Antagonist Compounds [***] or which are [***] with the [***].

Collaboration Products means the Initial Collaboration Product, Second Collaboration Product and Third Collaboration Product, as applicable. Collaboration Products shall exclude Nkarta Products.
