Collaboration Termination Date definition
Collaboration Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 14.4.
Collaboration Termination Date means the earlier of (i) [ ]* or (ii) the effective date of termination of the Collaboration pursuant to the provision, of Section 2.1(a) of this Agreement. Collaboration Termination Date means the earlier of (i) February 5, 2001 or (ii) the effective date of termination of the Collaboration pursuant to the provisions of this Section 7.1(a), (B) the term "Minimum Research Period" shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the earlier of (i) the Collaboration Termination Date or (ii) May 5, 1998 (the "Acquisition Option Expiration Date"), and (C) the term "Remaining Research Period" shall mean the period commencing on May 5, 1998 and ending on the Collaboration Termination Date.
