Collated Data definition

Collated Data means a set of de-identified and aggregated Data collated by IATA from the Participant and other SIS Participants in the Service, which contains no names or information that would, in any way, allow identification of the Data of Participant or any other individual SISParticipant.
Collated Data means any set of de- identified and aggregated RECIPIENT Data collated by IATA from RECIPIENT and other users of or in the Site, which contains no names or information that would, in any way, allow identification of RECIPIENT or any other user. In addition and for clarity, IATA is the sole and exclusive owner of all IATA Data (as defined in Section 2.10) and may use any and all IATA Data in any manner whatsoever, including for commercial reasons and with third parties, with the exception of the Collated Data where its use shall be in accordance with the limited purpose set out in this Section 8.3.
Collated Data means any set of de-identified and aggregated User Data collated by IATA from User and other users in the Service and/or Additional Services, which contains no names or information that would, in any way, allow identification of User or any other user. In addition and for clarity, IATA is the sole and exclusive owner of all IATA Data (as defined in Section 3.4) and may use any and all IATA Data in any manner whatsoever, including for commercial reasons and with third parties, with the exception of the Collated Data where its use shall be in accordance with the limited purpose set out in this Section 10.5.

Examples of Collated Data in a sentence

  • Any other use of Collated Data by IATA shall be agreed to in writing by the Participant in a separate agreement duly signed by Participant's and IATA's respective authorized representatives.

  • Subject as aforesaid, any words or expressions defined in the Act or any statutory modifications thereof in force at the date on which these presents become binding on the Association shall, if not inconsistent with the subject or context, bear the same meanings in these presents.

Related to Collated Data

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Aggregated Data means any Customer Data the Company assembles and compiles into an aggregated data set from multiple individuals, residences, tenants or commercial buildings.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Limited Data Set shall have the same meaning as the term “limited data set” as set forth in as defined in 45 C.F.R. §164.514(e)(2).

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Transaction Data is anonymized or aggregated data which has had all personally identifiable information removed.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs); operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
