Collateral Allocation Group 1 definition

Collateral Allocation Group 1. The respective Applicable Fractions of the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 1 so identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Collateral Allocation Group 1. For any Distribution Date, (x) all of the Mortgage Loans with an Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate less than or equal to 6.25% and (y) the Applicable Fraction for Collateral Allocation Group 1 of the Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans with an Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate greater than 6.25% and less than 6.50%.
