Collateral Assets definition

Collateral Assets means the Collateral Lease Agreements and the Collateral Leased Vehicles allocated to the Series CSA Interest.
Collateral Assets means physical assets and assets in the form of exposures that secure cover assets;
Collateral Assets means any Eligible Collateral, including any Initial Collateral Assets specified in the applicable Final Terms (if any) and any Eligible Collateral delivered to the Collateral Custodian as additional or alternative Collateral Assets, together with, in each case, any accrued interest, redemption proceeds, income or other assets derived from such Eligible Collateral to the extent held in the relevant Collateral Account but shall not include any Collateral Assets which have been withdrawn from a Collateral Account in accordance with the relevant Pledge Agreement and the Agency Agreement;

Examples of Collateral Assets in a sentence

  • For each Series, the Issuer will create security over the Collateral Assets in respect of that Series for the benefit of, amongst others, the ETP Securityholders of that Series.

  • The Issuer's only funds to make payments in respect of a Series of ETP Securities are the amounts received by the Issuer from the realisation of the Collateral Assets (as defined below).

Collateral Assets means cash and/or Short-Term Securities.
Collateral Assets means cash deposits, cash held with a custodian, short term debt securities, bonds that may be fixed or floating rate, certificates of deposit, bankers acceptances and money market instruments (such as short-term government bonds and commercial paper);
Collateral Assets means any Eligible Collateral held in the Borrower A Custodian Account, the Borrower B Custodian Account or any Acceding Borrower Borrower Custodian Account.
