Collateral Assets definition

Collateral Assets means the Collateral Lease Agreements and the Collateral Leased Vehicles allocated to the Series CSA Interest.

Collateral Assets means physical assets and assets in the form of exposures that secure cover assets;

Collateral Assets means any Eligible Collateral, including any Initial Collateral Assets specified in the applicable Final Terms (if any) and any Eligible Collateral delivered to the Collateral Custodian as additional or alternative Collateral Assets, together with, in each case, any accrued interest, redemption proceeds, income or other assets derived from such Eligible Collateral to the extent held in the relevant Collateral Account but shall not include any Collateral Assets which have been withdrawn from a Collateral Account in accordance with the relevant Pledge Agreement and the Agency Agreement;

• Such approval may take the form of a standing list of pre-approved assets containing the characteristics of each pre-approved asset (other than purchase price), together with a notice of intention to trade containing the par amount and purchase price of the Collateral Asset(s) being acquired delivered on or prior to 11:00 a.m. on the proposed trade date.

• The Collateral Manager on behalf of the Borrower shall deposit the proceeds of any sale effected pursuant to this Section 10.01 into the Collection Account for disbursement in accordance with Section 9.01 or reinvestment in additional Collateral Assets in accordance with Section 10.02.

• During the Amortization Period, Principal Proceeds received by the Borrower (or the Collateral Manager on its behalf) in respect of Revolving Collateral Assets (to the extent not accompanied by a permanent reduction in the related commitments) shall be deposited by the Borrower (or the Collateral Manager on its behalf) into the Unfunded Reserve Account to the extent the amount on deposit in the Unfunded Reserve Account is less than the Unfunded Reserve Required Amount.

• It is expressly agreed and acknowledged that the Document Custodian is not guaranteeing performance of or assuming any liability for the obligations of the other parties hereto or any parties to the Collateral Assets.

More Definitions of Collateral Assets

Collateral Assets means cash and/or Short-Term Securities.

Collateral Assets means cash deposits, cash held with a custodian, short term debt securities, bonds that may be fixed or floating rate, certificates of deposit, bankers acceptances and money market instruments (such as short-term government bonds and commercial paper);

Collateral Assets means any Eligible Collateral held in the Borrower A Custodian Account, the Borrower B Custodian Account or any Acceding Borrower Borrower Custodian Account.

Collateral Assets means, in respect of a series of Collateralised Securities, Pledged Cash, Pledged Securities and Euroclear Distributions that are held in the Secured Accounts relating to such series of Collateralised Securities and not transferred to the Issuer pursuant to the Collateral Transaction Documents.

Collateral Assets means, in relation to any Series, the assets specified as such in the Additional Conditions and (in the case of a Luxembourg Issuer incorporated under the Luxembourg Securitisation Law) allocated to a specific Compartment as the case may be, as may be replaced from time to time in accordance with the Conditions.

Collateral Assets means any cash or securities transferred to the Issuer in accordance with the credit support annex to the Interest Rate Swap Agreement;
