Collateral Controlling Party definition

Collateral Controlling Party means (i) so long as the Term Loans are outstanding, the Master Collateral Agent acting as the Collateral Administrator (acting at the direction of the Administrative Agent or the required lenders under the Credit Agreement) and (ii) otherwise, the Master Collateral Agent, acting at the direction of the Required Debtholders.
Collateral Controlling Party means (i) so long as the Term Loans are outstanding, the Collateral Administrator (acting at the direction of the Administrative Agent or the required lenders under the Credit Agreement, as applicable) and (ii) otherwise, the Required Debtholders (acting through the applicable Senior Secured Debt Representatives).
