Collateral Exchange definition

Collateral Exchange has the meaning specified in Section 13(b) hereof. "Collateral Vessels" means the Rapallo and the Additional Collateral Vessels.

  • Collateral Event means that no Relevant Entity has credit ratings at least equal to the Approved Ratings Threshold.
