Collateral Group 3. The Mortgage Loans in Subgroup 1-B and Subgroup 1-C or portions thereof that have been stripped to an Effective Net Rate of 6.00%.
Collateral Group 3. The Pool 2 Mortgage Loans, collectively.
Collateral Group 3. The group of Non-Conforming Mortgage Loans (or portions thereof) stripped to a rate of 6.50% derived from Subgroup B and Subgroup D.

Collateral Group 3. All Mortgage Loans in Pool 3. For purposes hereof, Collateral Group 3 shall relate to the Class 3-A1 Certificates.
