Collateral Interest Adjusted Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Collateral Interest Amount minus the excess, if any, of the Principal Funding Account Balance over the sum of the Class A Investor Interest and the Class B Investor Interest on such date of determination (such excess not to exceed the Collateral Interest Amount).
