Collateral Obligation Notional Amount definition

Collateral Obligation Notional Amount means, in respect of any Collateral Obligation, the full funded principal amount of the Collateral Obligation owned by the Borrower or Committed to be owned by the Borrower, as the case may be (which for the avoidance of doubt shall (a) reflect any amortization or prepayment or any writedown, forgiveness or similar reduction in principal without payment pursuant to a Specified Change and (b) exclude any Exposure Amounts in respect of any Future Funding Collateral Obligation at any time of determination).

Related to Collateral Obligation Notional Amount

  • Swap Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date is the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.

  • Transaction Notional Amount means (A) in respect of any Transaction that is a cross currency hedge, the Base Currency Equivalent of the Currency Amount applicable to Party A’s payment obligations and (B) in respect of any other Transaction, the Base Currency Equivalent of the Notional Amount.

  • Class X-D Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-D Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-D Components.

  • Initial Notional Amount With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, the amount initially used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Class X Notional Amount As of any date of determination, the sum of the then Component Notional Amounts of all the Components.

  • Certificate Notional Amount With respect to any Interest Only Certificate, as of any date of determination, the then notional principal amount on which such Certificate accrues interest, equal to the product of (a) the then Certificate Factor for the Class of Interest Only Certificates to which such Certificate belongs, multiplied by (b) the amount specified on the face of such Certificate as the initial Certificate Notional Amount thereof.

  • Notional Amount With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, an amount used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Supplemental Amount The amount deposited in the Supplemental Loan Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $0.00.

  • Additional Amount Payment means a payment to a Holder of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of an amount which, when taken together with the aggregate amount of Taxable Allocations made to such Holder to which such Additional Amount Payment relates, would cause such Holder’s dividends in dollars (after federal income tax consequences) from the aggregate of such Taxable Allocations and the related Additional Amount Payment to be equal to the dollar amount of the dividends that would have been received by such Holder if the amount of such aggregate Taxable Allocations would have been excludable (for federal income tax purposes) from the gross income of such Holder. Such Additional Amount Payment shall be calculated (i) without A-1 consideration being given to the time value of money; (ii) assuming that no Holder of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax with respect to dividends received from the Fund; and (iii) assuming that each Taxable Allocation and each Additional Amount Payment (except to the extent such Additional Amount Payment is designated as an exempt-interest dividend under Section 852(b)(5) of the Code) would be taxable in the hands of each Holder of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares at the maximum marginal regular federal individual income tax rate applicable to ordinary income or net capital gains, as applicable, or the maximum marginal regular federal corporate income tax rate applicable to ordinary income or net capital gains, as applicable, whichever is greater, in effect at the time such Additional Amount Payment is paid.

  • Incremental Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $200.0 million over (b) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Loan Commitments and Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.21.

  • Original Subordinated Principal Balance The aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the Subordinated Certificates as of the Closing Date.

  • Interest Rate Cap Payment (a) With respect to the Group II Class A Certificates, beginning on the first Distribution Date and continuing through the immediately succeeding 35 Distribution Dates thereafter, the amount, if any, equal to the product of (i) the excess, if any, of the lesser of (A) the one-month LIBOR rate as of the related reset date under the Group II Class A Cap Agreement and (B) the applicable cap ceiling rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date, over the applicable cap strike rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date, calculated on an "actual/360" basis, and (ii) the applicable Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 notional amount set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date; (b) with respect to the Class M Certificates, beginning on the first Distribution Date and continuing through the immediately succeeding 43 Distribution Dates thereafter, the amount, if any, equal to the product of (i) the excess, if any, of the lesser of (A) the one-month LIBOR rate as of the related reset date under the Class M Cap Agreement and (B) the applicable cap ceiling rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date, over the applicable cap strike rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date, calculated on an "actual/360" basis, and (ii) the applicable Class M-1, Class M-2 and Class M-3 notional amount set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date; and (c) with respect to the Class B Certificates, beginning on the first Distribution Date and continuing through the immediately succeeding 43 Distribution Dates thereafter, the amount, if any, equal to the product of (i) the excess, if any, of the lesser of (A) the one-month LIBOR rate as of the related reset date under the Class B Cap Agreement and (B) the applicable cap ceiling rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date, over the applicable cap strike rate set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date, calculated on an "actual/360" basis, and (ii) the applicable Class B-1, Class B-2 and Class B-3 notional amount set forth on Schedule A to such Interest Rate Cap Agreement for such Distribution Date.

  • Mandatory Prepayment Amount for any Debentures shall equal the sum of (i) the greater of: (A) 130% of the principal amount of Debentures to be prepaid, plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, or (B) the principal amount of Debentures to be prepaid, plus all other accrued and unpaid interest hereon, divided by the Conversion Price on (x) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is demanded or otherwise due or (y) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is paid in full, whichever is less, multiplied by the VWAP on (x) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is demanded or otherwise due or (y) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is paid in full, whichever is greater, and (ii) all other amounts, costs, expenses and liquidated damages due in respect of such Debentures.

  • Collateral Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) Initial Collateral Amount, minus (b) the amount of principal previously paid to the Series 2023-A Noteholders and, without duplication, the principal amount of any Series 2023-A Notes that are retired and cancelled, minus (c) reductions in the Collateral Amount pursuant to Section 4.4(f), minus (d) the balance on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account, minus (e) the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount of Investor Charge-Offs and Reallocated Principal Collections over the reimbursements of such amounts pursuant to subsection 4.4(a)(vii) prior to such date; provided, that, the Collateral Amount will not be less than zero.

  • REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.

  • Encumbered Required Subordinated Amount of Class D Notes means, for the Class C( - ) Notes, an amount equal to the product of
