Collateral Period definition

Collateral Period means any period from and including the first day when the Debt Rating is lower than BBB- by S&P or Baa3 by Moody's to but excluding the first day when the Debt Rating is BBB (stable outlook) or higher by S&P and Baa2 (stable outlook) or higher by Moody's.
Collateral Period means any period after the Covenant Relief Pledged Collateral Release Date commencing on the occurrence of a Collateral Trigger Date and ending on the Collateral Release Date subsequent to such Collateral Trigger Date.
Collateral Period means any period during which a Collateral Release Period is not in effect.

More Definitions of Collateral Period

Collateral Period means the period commencing on the Initial Collateral Delivery Date and to and through, and ending on, the Collateral Release Date.
