If a Physical Delivery of Collateral Assets Disruption Event occurs and is continuing for a continuous period of twenty Collateral Business Days (or such other period specified in the applicable Final Terms) after the original Collateral Delivery Date, the Security Trustee or the Security Agent, as the case may be, or the Disposal Agent on their behalf, will procure the sale of such Collateral Assets in lieu of delivery of the relevant Collateral Assets Entitlement.
