Collateral Pool Property Documents definition

Collateral Pool Property Documents means the then current versions of the Security Instruments, assignments of leases and rents, guaranties, indemnities, Collateral Agreements, O&M Programs, and any other documents now or in the future executed by Borrower, any guarantor or any other person or entity in connection with the Loan or the Collateral, as such documents may be amended from time to time. The Collateral Pool Property Documents shall include those documents set forth in Schedule 1.1(B).

Collateral Pool Property Documents means the Lender's then current versions of the Security Instruments, assignments of leases and rents, guaranties, indemnities, Collateral Agreements, O&M Programs, and any other documents now or in the future executed (or, in the case of a UCC financing statement, authorized) by Borrower, any guarantor or any other person or entity in connection with the Loan or the Collateral, as such documents may be amended from time to time.
