Collateral Support Deficit definition

Collateral Support Deficit. As defined in Section 4.04.
Collateral Support Deficit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.04.

Examples of Collateral Support Deficit in a sentence

  • All Collateral Support Deficit or Certificate Deferred Interest on the Mortgage Loans allocated to any Class of Certificates will be allocated pro rata among the outstanding Certificates of such Class.

  • Collateral Support Deficit and Certificate Deferred Interest on the Mortgage Loans shall be allocated on the applicable Distribution Date to Certificateholders in the manner set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Unless the Certificate Administrator has actual knowledge that any report or file received from the Master Servicer contains erroneous information, the Certificate Administrator is authorized to rely thereon in calculating and making distributions to Certificateholders in accordance with Section 4.01, preparing the Statement to Certificateholders required by Section 4.02(a) and allocating Collateral Support Deficit to the Certificates in accordance with Section 4.04.
