Collateral Trust Agreements definition
Collateral Trust Agreements means a collateral sharing or trust agreement by and among the Agent, the Banks, the Long-Term Lenders, and the holders of the Applicable Senior Debt Securities and any security agreements, pledge agreements or other collateral documents delivered in connection therewith, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collateral Trust Agreements collectively, the Collateral Trust Security Agreement and the Collateral Trust Agreement.
